Why is my listing waiting for a founder profile?
Complete your founder profile to release a listing from draft to live, on schedule or in the queue.

Your founder profile acts as your bearing on Navero Launch. Until it is complete, any listing you submit—even one you have paid for—stays in harbour and cannot go live or be scheduled.
Chart your profile
Navigate to /account/founder and fill in the required details:
- A photograph with a one-line caption
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A bio of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link (your website or social profile; company pages do not count)
Your city and a founder story link are optional additions that help visitors know you better.
How your listing is released
Once your profile is complete, any waiting listing is released automatically. If you paid for a specific week that has not yet arrived, that week is held for you. If the week has passed, your listing goes live this week (if you paid) or enters the next free-queue week (if unpaid). We will tell you which.
Bring in co-founders
Invite co-founders through the Team section at /account/founder. They appear on your product listing as soon as their own profiles are complete. Each co-founder must chart their own profile before they can be shown.
Questions people ask
- What stops my listing from going live?
- Your founder profile must be complete. Check /account/founder for any missing details: photo with caption, full name, role, country, bio (at least 80 characters) and one personal link.
- Will I lose my paid week if my profile is incomplete?
- No. Once your profile is complete, a paid week that has not yet arrived is still yours. If the week has passed, your listing goes live that week or the next free-queue week, and we notify you.
- When do co-founders show on my listing?
- When their own founder profiles are complete. Invite them from the Team section at /account/founder; they will not appear until they have filled in their own required details.
