How do I manage my emails and account data?
Control which emails reach you, switch your sign-in address, or request full account removal and data deletion.

Turning notices on and off
Each notification type carries its own unsubscribe option—one click takes you straight out of that particular notice stream. For finer control, visit /account/notifications to toggle each alert type and set how often you receive them.
Some notices always arrive: receipts, refunds, payment issues, listing holds and security alerts. These sail through regardless of your settings, as they protect your account.
Updating your sign-in email
Head to /account/email and submit a request naming your new address. We send verification emails to both your old and new addresses to confirm the change is genuine. Once complete, a security notice confirms the update is live.
Removing your account and personal data
To close your account entirely, send a request via /account/privacy—or email launch@zinndigital.com directly—from the address registered on your account.
Not leaving, only curious? /account/privacy gives you one zip file with everything we hold, invoices included.
We'll confirm by email exactly what gets removed: your account, founder profile and all personal details tied to it. Invoices stay in our records for as long as law requires us to keep them.
Our full approach to how we store and handle your personal information is charted in /privacy.
Questions people ask
- Can I disable certain notifications but keep others?
- Yes. /account/notifications lets you choose which alerts to receive and how often. Only receipts, refunds, payment issues, listing holds and security notices cannot be switched off.
- What happens when I change my email address?
- We verify the change by sending confirmation emails to both your current address and the new one. A security notice confirms when the update is complete.
- Is my data permanently deleted when I close my account?
- Your account, founder profile and personal details are removed. Invoices are kept for the period the law requires. See /privacy for our full data handling policy.
