Chart your course for notifications

Set which alerts reach you, through which channel, and how often they land.

Updated

You steer your own course at Navero Launch. Head to /account/notifications to chart your bearing on notices.

For each kind of alert, you choose three things: where it goes (Email, Telegram or Slack), how often it arrives (Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off), and whether quiet hours apply to chat channels.

Telegram and Slack notifications use your own bot or webhook. This keeps you in control of the connection.

Some notices always reach you

A few alerts are mandatory—they cannot be switched off. These keep your account safe and your business clear:

  • Receipts and refunds
  • Payment problems and disputes
  • A listing held for your founder profile
  • Changes to listing status
  • A missing badge on your profile
  • Security notices (new device sign-in, email change)

Quick exit from an email stream

Every notice email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it to stop that kind of notice reaching your inbox without visiting your settings.

Questions people ask

Can I silence notifications during certain hours?
Quiet hours apply to Telegram and Slack channels only. Email notices are not affected by quiet-hour settings.
What if I do not want a particular notice at all?
You can turn most notices off or choose Daily or Weekly digest instead. A small set of required notices (receipts, refunds, security alerts and status changes) cannot be disabled.
How do I unsubscribe from one kind of email without changing my full settings?
Each notice email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the foot. Click it to stop that notice type. You do not need to log in.
